In 2025, our technology will retain even more investor information across transactions, pre-populate forms, and integrate with public records to eliminate manual data entry. For high-volume investors, this alone can save hours per week and reduce the risk of errors.

Digital Closings by Default – Remote online notarization (RON) is our standard digital closing approach, allowing investors to close deals anytime, anywhere. We will also offer a fully self service approach to setting up your signing appointments at the time that is most convenient for you.

Simplified Authorization – We’re introducing a general authorization approach that will allow investors to use a single authorization document across multiple transactions. We are also making it easier for investors to collect necessary authorizations from their sellers upfront to speed along the process of clearing title.

Real-Time Deal Intelligence with Complete Transparency

We’re transforming title from a mysterious process into a transparent, predictable part of your real-estate investment strategy:

Proactive Communication – We use a combination of automated communication and direct reach out from our escrow team to make sure our customers are always informed of their deal status. In 2025 we are further consolidating a singular history of all communications with our team into our customer application. We are also continuing to invest in new monitoring, training, and data management strategies that will enable us to resolve our customers’ needs more quickly the first time they reach out.

Milestone Visibility – In 2025, we are increasing visibility in our customer application for the most vital information on the deal. We’re working on ensuring closing timelines are clear to everyone, signing appointments and details are straightforward and easy to find, and customers are confident in their financials when they reach the closing table.

We’re building relationships with traditional lenders, private capital sources, and alternative financing providers to give the investor options that match their specific deal strategy.
