Remote online notaries can be used for cash transactions and for loan transactions with permission from the lender.

Funds can only be received by wire or cashier’s checks. Wires are preferred for receiving funds, as cashier’s check verification can delay funding by up to 48 hours.

Closing funds MUST be sent by the buyer exactly as listed on the contract and cannot be accepted from any other person, LLC, trust, or other entity.
